friday fun!

what a fun day this has been! savannah & lexi ann got to come over and play this morning and then we all went to the pool and swam! the girls always have a great time together! kamdyn loves having people over to change things up during the day and of course, she loves playing in the pool! what a great day!

summer fun!

thank you so much to whitney for taking these pictures for me the other day! i can't believe i forgot my camera. i'll blame it on my pregnancy. :) anyway - kamdyn and i met up with whitney & dane and we all drove to arlington for a play group earlier this week. kamdyn LOVED this big water slide. i think the big kids were tired of her being on it b/c they had to be careful around her, but she did not mind getting knocked over again and again! she had so much fun! and then, as you can see below, she and dane had a lot of fun together too! they always play so cute together!!!

kamdyn & big daddy

kamdyn and i spent a few days in arlington this week at my parents house and she did not want much to do with big daddy! we went back today to do a couple of things and big daddy had gotten a hair cut and a beard trim...i think it helped! plus he had goldfish...not much she won't do for snacks!

also, her new thing is putting her hands behind her back. it is really cute and she does it all the time. she'll walk like that or just stand there to observe. it will put a smile on your face! her thunder thighs look cute in these shorts too!

cousins

kamdyn had so much fun with her cousins on monday! nathan and baby preston are in town from lubbock so they got to spend the night. brooke and austin came and met us at the pool. kamdyn and nathan are at great ages to play together so it is fun to watch. she was very occupied and very worn out by the time they left! she shared her new baby with nathan. she could not keep her hands off of preston's bouncy seat...ends up she broke it. so that's nice. our little 24-pounder should not be playing on baby toys! it is always fun to get all the cousins together and soon kyler will make 6!

sunday = fun day

kamdyn had so much fun with daddy on sunday! after not seeing him since thursday morning, she was so happy to have some good quality time. we also decided it would be a good idea to buy her a baby so she could get used it before kyler gets here. she has always LOVED seeing babies in real life but never gets to touch them! so we picked one out for her and it was SO adorable when she got it! she knew what to do with the bottle and just wanted to love on her!

she loooooves it when daddy will push her on this toy. i never will do it, mostly b/c it hurts my back and my belly is too big. so it is special when daddy does it!
