well, we have certainly had an eventful couple of weeks! last week kyler started by busting the back of her head open on the coffee table. (i'll spare you the bloody pictures). she had to get 2 staples in the back of her head. then on tuesday i went to pick up kamdyn from school and she had just fallen and bit through her lip and just below it. 2 stitches later she was pretty good to go. so the next tuesday we went and had all of our stitches and staples out. what fun!
this brings us to this past friday. kyler's finger got smashed between a big glass door and the floor at zack's office. it is literally cut to the bone 3/4 of the way around the top of her index finger. the bone is fractured and she has 4 stitches. we went to the plastic surgeon today and he said the bone should heal fine without surgery - so that is great! and then he said it would be easiest for everyone if we just put a cast on her to let the rest of it heal properly. the cast has to go all the way to her shoulder b/c if it was just to her elbow he said it would probably fall off easily b/c of how small she is. sooooo.....here ya go....we get 2 weeks of this hot pink thing!

if she wasn't so cute in that cast, i'd feel worse for her. but it's still so bad....even with her cuteness.

Oh, Haley, what a fun few weeks y'all have had! :/ Hope these next couple go by quickly. Lori broke her arm right at her elbow two summers ago and got to wear a cast like that for a month. Nothing like taking them to T Bar M Family Camp and telling her she can't swim. Hang in there! :)
